About Our Food
We believe fresh ingredients play a huge role in the taste of food. Our beef and poultry are locally sourced and ethically raised. Our veggies are purchased to order and never old stock. This all results in a wave of flavors across your taste buds that leaves you wanting more.


Our brisket is smoked low and slow over hickory and mesquite wood for 12+ hours resulting in a juicy tender product. Whether you have our famous Briskwich sandwich, brisket chili, brisket taco, or just a slice of brisket as is, you won’t be disappointed.

Smoked over a combination of cherry wood, apple wood, and pecan wood. A fusion of flavors ranging from lemon and herbs to texas tandoori, our chicken is smoked to juicy tender perfection. Note: Because of the smoking process, the chicken will look pink even though it is fully cooked.
